During the process of building yout training plan, you are asked to input your current strength numbers and performance metrics.
Once you complete building your training plan, these values are not set in stone. You can change your performance and strength levels in your account settings. Follow the steps below:
Click into your account settings via the top left menu icon.
Click the performance metric or test you want to adjust under the “Performance Levels” menu.
Enter the updated value in the exercise value box.
Click “Save”
Your updated performance metric will now appear in the Performance Levels box of your account settings.
NOTE: Your weight recommendations will change based on this change.
