Your goal exercises are easy to reach from the Progress tab, but every exercise you've performed has its own history. Here's how to find it for exercises that aren't on your goal list:
1. On the Training Dashboard, tap a workout where you performed the exercise.
2. Tap the exercise you want to view.
3. Tap "View history" in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
This opens the exercise's Performance screen, where you can view your history and edit your Starting Best. For exercises that track maxes or personal records, you can also view "My PRs."
