During the process of building your training plan, you are asked to input your current strength numbers and performance metrics.
Once you complete building your training plan, these values are not set in stone. You can change your performance and strength levels for specific exercises inside of workouts.
You can also adjust the performance level for any exercises through the “View History” tab.
Start by clicking into the workout that has the exercise you want to adjust the performance level for.
Click on the exercise you want to adjust.
Select “View History”.
Click “Tap to update manually”
Input your desired performance level.
Click “Save”.
Your new performance level will be saved and all future weight recommendations will be based on that new performance level.
