After the Peak Strength 2.0 update, released on 8/26/2024, you can now access new and updated programs for all sports and athletic fitness focuses.
To access the new programs inside of Peak Strength, you can use the pop up when you first log into the app or you can change your program in your account settings.
Accessing New Programs Through Account Settings
1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner of your weekly view to access your account settings.
2. Select the “Training plan” option from the settings list. You will then be shown your current program summary.
3. Click “Edit” in the top right corner.
4. Select the “Rebuild my training plan” option from the pop up menu at the bottom of your screen.
5. Click the training goal option of the program editor.
6. You now have access to and have the ability to follow the new training plans for sports, goals, and tactical applications in Peak Strength.
