How to reschedule workouts

The process for rescheduling workouts inside Peak Strength.

To reschedule a workout to another date, you can do so directly from the workout preview screen.

Starting in your daily training dashboard, click on the workout you want to reschedule.

Once in the workout preview, click the three dots in the top right corner. You will then get a pop-up at the bottom of your screen.

Select “Reschedule Workout”

Click on the date you want to reschedule the workout to and confirm your selection by clicking the yellow button at the bottom of your screen.

Additionally, you could remove a workout without rescheduling it for another date.
