If you are currently in the Trial period and upgrade your package, the upgraded package will start once the Trial period ends. You can check the package start date after the PEAK Trial period by following the steps below.
1. Check the package start date after the PEAK Trial period ends from the settings menu.
Go to Settings > Upgrade/Extend Package, then select Package.
2. Check the package start date after the PEAK Trial period ends from the Active Package information.
The Active Package section will display the Trial period and the date when the system will switch to the upgraded package.
3. Example of checking the package start date
The example image below, it shows that the Pro Plus package has been purchased and will start immediately after the Trial period ends.
The Main Package section indicates that the account is currently using the Trial Package, and the Pro Plus package has already been purchased and upgraded.
The Trial period ends on March 23, 2026, and the system will start the Pro Plus package on March 24, 2026.
4. Check the expiration date of the Pro Plus package after the PEAK Trial period ends
When the Pro Plus package becomes active, the system will display the package expiration date, for example, March 23, 2027. This information is important for planning your package renewal.
