How to set up Duty Meals in Tali

Duty meals are part of your Tali groups and are applied on a Monday morning.

Groups are easily managed from the Group Actions section of the Manage Names screen.

Duty Meals are usually added to your Tali Till setup, however, the amount that applies needs to be assigned/changed by a member of the Pebble Support Team. Please reach out to us at support@mypebble.co.uk with your Duty Meal requests, please note, this can only be done via email/Tali chat.

Note: Staff can be added/amended to a Duty group at anytime, Duty Meals apply only once a week, scheduled usually on a Monday. So if a duty meal allowance name is added to a group on a Tuesday, then the duty meal will not apply until the following Monday.

Any unused part of a duty meal allowance is swept back to zero on Friday evening.

If your duty meals are already setup you will find them when you do the following to add a staff member to the duty group;

Add Staff to a Duty group

  1. Select the names in the List of Names that you want to add to a group>Filter and tick the name

  2. Select the group you want to add the names to from the Select Group drop-down list>Choose the correct Duty group

  3. Click Add to Group.

Remove from group

  1. Select the names in the List of Names that you want to remove from the group>Filter and tick the name

  2. Select the group from the Select Group drop-down list.

  3. Click Remove from Group.
