Select Administration > Manage Ledger Codes.

To amend the default ledger codes, VAT or Cash in Hand, click the highlighted Description of the code.

Amend the Code.

Amend the Description.
Note: You won't be able to amend the Description of the default VAT or Cash in Hand ledger codes.

Clear the In use box if you no longer want to use the ledger Code.

Select Administration > Manage Ledger Codes.

Select the highlighted Code that you want to update.

Update the Code.

Click Save.
