Add legal clauses to your event paperwork

Legal Business Name

This is where you enter the legal business name you use to run your equestrian company.

For example, 'Pegasus App LLC'.

This name is used in legal contracts that Pegasus generates on your behalf such as our General Liability Waiver.

Note: This name will never be used in a legal contract without your permission.

Legal Clauses

Pegasus generates a General Liability Waiver for all events on the platform free of charge.

Click the 'View Template' button to read a draft of this document.

A few things to note:

  • The sections highlighted yellow in the legal template are where custom information is inserted, such as your legal business name.

  • In Paragraph 16, we define the regulatory jurisdiction for the enforcement of this contract. Pegasus will choose this state based on the state defined in your company's postal address entered in your Profile Tab.

  • In Paragraph 18, we enter the state equine laws. Pegasus will choose this state based on the state defined in your company's postal address entered in your Profile Tab.

  • Annex A is where the clauses you add will be inserted into the contract.

  • Every contract has a digital signature and audit trail. This page includes everything required for a digital contract to be legally enforceable in the United States.
