How to add classes to your event

Add classes to your event

The 'Entries' tab is where you add entries/classes to your event.

To add classes, simply click the 'Add Custom' button and enter the class' information.

Each class has the following fields:

  • Class name. This is where you name the class. For example 'Green Hunter 3'3", or if you are hosting a clinic "Saturday AM Session".

  • Cost. Enter the amount you wish to charge for entry into this class.

  • Spots Available. Enter the amount of slots for this class you are willing to sell. If you are selling an unlimited amount, simply enter a very large number.

  • Notes. Enter any notes that are important for riders and staff to read about the class when registering. The notes you enter here will be visible next to the class when they are registering for an event.

There is no limit to how many classes you can add to your event.

Once you are happy with your entries, simply click 'Next' to save your classes and progress to the next screen.

​Note. If you are editing the classes after initially publishing the event, the button won't say 'Next'. Instead, it will say 'Save' as it visible in the demo video above.
