How do I use my Pelago Gift Card?
Refer to the guide attached or follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Choose Your Activity
Visit the Pelago website at pelago.co and select an activity of your choice.
Step 2: Select Date and Participants
Select your activity date and number of participants, then click Checkout.
Step 3: Enter Booking Details
Enter your booking details at the checkout page.
Step 4: Select Promo Code
Select Promo Code on the checkout page.
Step 5: Apply Gift Card
Enter your gift card code and click Apply. Check the right side of the page to confirm that the gift card amount has been deducted. Note that only one gift card can be used per booking.
Step 6: Proceed to Payment
Click Continue to Payment to finalise your booking.
If additional payment is required, you can select your preferred payment method (card or miles) to pay the balance. For a guide on how to redeem your miles, refer to 'How do I redeem KrisFlyer miles to make a booking?'
Please note that the full value of the gift card will be redeemed in one transaction*. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
Can gift cards be partially redeemed?
Partial redemption of gift cards is not allowed*. The full value of the gift card will be redeemed in one transaction, and any unused balance will be forfeited.
*Exception: If you received a gift card issued from Shopback AU, the balance can be used across multiple transactions until it is fully redeemed. Any remaining amount will stay on the card until the expiry date.
Can I apply a promotion on top of redeeming my gift card?
You will only be able to apply the gift card for your booking. You cannot use a promo code in conjunction with the gift card.
Are gift cards applicable to all products on Pelago?
Selected activities are not eligible for gift card use. Please refer to the Product Exclusions for a list of these activities.

Can I top up my gift card?
Gift cards only contain the fixed stored value. If all credits in the gift card have been used and additional payment is required, you can pay the remaining amount using your preferred payment method, either a card or KrisFlyer miles.
How do I check the expiry of my gift card?
Here's how to check the expiry:
After you enter your gift card code in the ‘Promo Code’ section, the expiry date will be shown below the code.
My gift card has expired. Can I extend its validity?
The validity of the gift card cannot be extended once it has expired.
What happens to my gift card if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel a refundable booking, the gift card code will be returned to your "Promo Code" Wallet.
You can view all your available codes under 'Rewards' in your Profile.
How can I purchase a gift card?
We're heartened by your interest in buying gift cards! Presently, this is exclusively available to corporate clients.
Otherwise, we regret that individual gift cards are not yet available for purchase.
