Cashback Tracking

  • Within your statement, you can see exactly how much cashback has been added to your Pemo Wallet for the month.

See more info on how cashback works below :

How cashback works

When you make purchases in certain categories, like digital advertising, you’ll automatically earn cashback—no extra steps needed! This cashback is credited directly to your Pemo Wallet within the first five business days of the following month, giving your budget a nice little boost.

How to Track Your Cashback:

  • Check Your Dashboard: On the left-hand side of your dashboard, you’ll find a tile labeled “Cashback.”

  • See Your Earnings: This tile shows you how much cashback you’ve earned this month, plus the total cashback that’s already been added to your Wallet.

Keep an eye on your cashback—it’s your money working harder for you!

Tracking Refunds in Your Statements

Refunds can be tracked easily in Pemo using your account’s statements or directly via the Pemo app or web platform.

Option 1: Using Account Statements

You can verify a refund by accessing and reviewing your account's transaction statements:

  1. Log in to your Pemo account.

  2. Navigate to the Statements section.

  3. Download the current month's statement in CSV format.

  4. Open the file and search by the merchant's name to locate the refund transaction. Refunds will typically appear as a positive value credited back to your account.

Option 2: Using the Pemo App or Web Portal

You can directly check and identify refund credits via the Pemo app or web platform:

  1. Open the Pemo app on your mobile device or go to the Pemo web platform.

  2. Go to the Wallet section on the dashboard.

  3. Select Transactions to view a list of all recent transactions.

  4. Look for entries labeled as "Refund" or any positive amounts that indicate a credit back to your account. By following either of these methods, you can easily track the status of your refunds and the credits applied to your account.
