Understanding Your Pemo Wallet Statement

Each month, your Pemo Wallet Statement gives you a full breakdown of your transactions, balances, and cashback. This helps you keep track of spending, reconcile expenses, and stay on top of finances.

How to Access Your Statement

  1. Go to "Statements" in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the month you want to review.

  3. Download your statement in your preferred format: CSV, PDF, or Tax Invoice.

Choosing the Right Format

Each format contains specific fields to help you analyze your expenses. See an overview below and click the links to get a detailed breakdown of what each field means:

Reference

The unique transaction ID for tax purposes.

Transaction Date

The date when the transaction occurred.

Description of Service

A short description of the service or item purchased.

QTY

The quantity of items or services purchased.

Currency

The currency in which the transaction was made.

Taxable Amount

The portion of the transaction that is subject to tax.

Tax Rate

The VAT percentage applied to the transaction.

Tax Amount

The total VAT charged.

Total Amount

The final billed amount, including taxes.

Transaction Date

The date the transaction was made.

Bank Settlement Date

The date the bank processed the transaction.

Reference

A unique transaction ID for tracking and reconciliation.

Transaction Type

The category of the transaction (e.g., purchase, refund, ATM withdrawal).

Merchant Name

The name of the vendor or business where the transaction took place.

Merchant Country

The country where the merchant is based.

Transaction Amount

The original amount charged for the transaction.

Transaction Currency

The currency in which the transaction was made.

Billing Amount

The final amount charged after currency conversion (if applicable).

Billing Currency

The currency in which you were billed (usually AED).

Card Holder

The name of the person who made the transaction.

Card Name

The assigned name of the card used for the transaction.

Card Last 4 Digits

The last four digits of the card used for the transaction.

Expense ID / Receipt Name

The associated expense or receipt ID for tracking expenses.

Merchant Name

Billing Amount (AED)

The amount billed in AED.

VAT (AED)

The VAT (if applicable) charged on the transaction.

Merchant Country

The country where the merchant is located.

Reference

The unique transaction reference number.

Get notified when your wallet is running low

Never get caught off guard with an empty Wallet! Follow these simple steps to set up notifications that alert you when your balance gets low:

  1. Go to Settings: Navigate to your settings and find the "Email notifications" tile.

  1. Click "Manage": Select "Manage" on the email notification tile to customize your alerts.

  2. Set Your Threshold: Enter the minimum balance you want to maintain. If your Wallet balance drops below this amount, you'll get an instant email notification.
