Pemo: Your team’s new superhero! There’s no charge for inviting team members to join Pemo. Our subscription fees are only based on the number of physical cards you have active each month. For more details, check out our pricing and plans.
Inviting Users
Head to 'Members & Teams'
Log into your Pemo account.
On the dashboard, locate and click on the 'Members & Teams' section.
2. Click on 'Invite member'
Within the 'Members & Teams' page, you’ll find an 'Invite member' button. Click on it to move to the next step.
3. Enter Member Details
A form will appear asking for the new team member’s email address.
Input the email address of the team member.
After entering the email, you can assign them to a team if you’ve already created one in Pemo.
4. Choose Access Level
Select the appropriate access level for the new member

5. Send Invite
Once you’ve selected the access level, click 'Send invite'.
The team member will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account.
If the invited user will hold a card, they’ll need to complete User Verification as well.

Bulk inviting your Team
Navigate to 'Members & Teams'
Log into your Pemo account.
Go to the 'Members & Teams' section from your dashboard.
2. Click on 'Invite member'
Click the 'Invite member' button on the 'Members & Teams' page.
3. Select 'Bulk Invite' Option
In the invite options, look for 'Bulk Invite' and select it and then click “Upload CSV file”
4.Upload CSV File
Download the CSV file, add all the email addresses of all the members you wish to invite to the CSV file.
Upload the CSV file by dragging and dropping or by browsing your files
5.Assign Teams
After uploading, you can assign the members to a specific team if already created.
Pemo Power Tip: All members who are bulk uploaded will automatically be assigned the Team Member role.
6. Send Invites
Click 'Send Invites' to invite everyone in the CSV file at once.
Each invitee will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account.
How to Deactivate a User in Pemo
Go to 'Members & Teams'
Log into your Pemo account.
Navigate to the 'Members & Teams' section on your dashboard.
Select the User to Deactivate
Find the user you want to deactivate.
Click on the three dots on their profile tile.
Choose 'Deactivate'
From the dropdown menu, select 'Deactivate'.
Confirm Deactivation
A confirmation prompt will appear.
Confirm that you want to deactivate the selected user.
The user will be deactivated and will no longer have access to your Pemo account.
