Keeping your inbox organized is easy with Pemo’s Email Notification Hub. Whether you want to stay updated on expenses or minimize notifications, you’re in control.


Here’s how to adjust your email preferences in just a few clicks.


How to manage your email notification settings

  1. Click on your User Profile in the Pemo app.

  2. Select Email Notifications from the menu.

  3. Toggle off the emails you don’t want to receive.

Pemo Power Tip: You can also opt out of specific email communications by clicking the link in the footer of our emails.

That’s it! You’ll only get the updates that matter most to you.

Types of Email Notifications

Here’s a quick breakdown of the email notifications available in Pemo:


General

  • Incomplete Expenses – Get a weekly summary every Friday of your expenses missing details.

  • Weekly Expense Update – A Friday roundup of missing details in your team’s expenses.

  • Secure Card Access – Receive a one-time password via email (mandatory for security).

  • Failed Transactions – Get notified when a transaction fails due to card limits.

  • Insufficient Funds – Stay informed if a transaction fails due to low wallet balance.


Your Members

  • Employees Joining Pemo – Be notified when someone from your company joins Pemo.


Wallet

  • Top-Up Alerts – Get an update whenever your wallet is topped up.
