Background noise can be extremely distracting and disruptive when on a video call. With our Advanced Noise Cancellation feature, you wonât have to worry about background noise taking over your video call. This is a feature that is automatically enabled, however, can be adjusted at any time.
Advanced Noise Cancellation can be adjusted before Starting/Joining a call, or while on a call.
How to adjust Noise Cancellation before starting/joining a call:
Advanced Noise Cancellation can be adjusted before starting/joining a video call through the adjustment of your video and audio settings. To learn more about how to adjust your video and audio settings, please read the following article: How to change your camera and microphone in Spaces.
â
Start by clicking âStartâ to start the call if you are a host, or âJoinâ to join the call if you are a participant or if the call has already been started.
â
Before entering the call, youâll be asked to make any adjustments to your video and audio feed. To adjust your Noise Cancellation settings, select âAdjust video and audioâ.
â
Youâll be taken to your video and audio settings where you can make more detailed changes. Youâll find that your Noise Cancellation feature has automatically been enabled. If you would like to turn this off, select the box beside "Enable advanced noise cancellation" and ensure it is no longer checked off. Once youâre happy with your changes, select âDoneâ, and join the call.
â
How to adjust Noise Cancellation while on a call:
