Creating the perfect email graphic with Penji is as easy as 1-2-3! Just follow these steps to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with your vision.


On Your Penji Dashboard

  1. Click the "+ Create project" button on the upper right side of your dashboard

  2. In the search bar, type "Email graphics"

  3. For the project title, we recommend: Business Name | Project Type
    (Example: Penji | Email graphics)

  4. Select your Brand folder to be used on the project. This helps our designers quickly access your brand assets and important details


Within the Project Description/Brief

Tell us about your project and keep your description easy to read and follow.

Write a detailed brief outlining your requirements, including:

  • Dimensions

  • Color scheme

  • Target audience

  • Message or goal

  • Branding guidelines

  • Any specific imagery or content to be included


What Type of Deliverables?

Select the file formats you'd like to receive (for example, JPEG). Or you can select "ANY" and let the designer decide what works best.


Submit and You're Done!

Once you've completed the steps above, click "Create project" to submit. Your request will be automatically assigned to one of our talented designers to bring your vision to life.
