As an admin, you can set approval rules so that timesheets require approval or not.
If licensed, your employees are able to add their own timesheets. Users will also be able to input their timesheet for the current day and won't be able to amend anything from the past or future, as these would be actions that only admins and their managers will be able to do.
The above would be the scenario on a desktop version; there is no ability to change a timesheet on the mobile app.
To add a timesheet, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Me then click the Planner tab.
Click the relevant month then, in the Timesheet/Assignment row, click the plus + icon on the relevant day.
Enter the time in and out then, to record breaks, click Add more.
Select the time in and out then click Save.
Turn the virtual clock on or off
See below how you can turn the virtual clock on or off:
πNote: If the virtual clock is on, you won't be able to add the timesheet manually and an error saying Invalid Entry, please contact your administrator will appear and you will need to use the clock icon.
To log overtime and specific tasks or projects, use the assignment projects feature.
