If you have multi-authorisation workflows set up, you can view all the request types, whether they were approved or declined, and any accompanying comments. To see these:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then Authorisations.
Select from the following:
Holiday: This includes other event requests.
Timesheet: This includes assignment requests. To access these, in the Timesheet Type list, select Assignment requests.
Logbook: View any pending requests.
Expenses: This includes any expense claims that require authorisation. Approve or decline expenses or view deleted expense
In the Quick Filters list, select from the following:
Pending: Show only your current pending requests which you assigned to an approver for the specific request.
All: Show all pending requests in the whole company. As an admin, you can view or delete the requests.
Decided: This shows all decided requests in the whole company visible to all admins.
My requests: Shows all requests set to be approved by you or have been decided by you previously.
πNote: If an employee requests a holiday while having multiple PeopleHR tabs open, the request will show as pending and with no approver.
Click the request itself to show more information.
If you are the approver of a pending request, to approve, decline and give comments, click the request
πNote: If an event was requested by an employee just before their manager had changed, the new manager will be able to view this within Authorisations. However, as it was requested before the change, the new manager will not receive an email about this request.
Admin View
As an admin, you can view all requests for the whole company as well as your own requests.
Approver view
Those specified as an approver in an authorisation workflow can view and approve all requests assigned to them.
Employee view
Employees can only view their own requests in Authorisations. They can also view the comments added to their requests that have been approved or declined.
πNote: Once a decision has been made for any type of authorisation it cannot be amended the request will need to be deleted and re-submitted.
