Within a user's planner, you can:
As an employee, check your entitlement.
As an admin, check and edit the individual entitlement.
View any sickness, late records or maternity and paternity leave your manager added.
See your sickness percentage and holiday entitlements, including any TOIL or carryover on your record, and if applicable, Bradford Factor score in the Sick Days Heat Map.
📌Note: Depending on the settings your admin configured, you may not see the Bradford Factor score.
View your holiday settings and your work pattern.
Print any absences you have had, as well as any holidays which you've booked.
📌Note: On the planner overview at the top, Working Days represent the number of days the employee has worked since the year started for the system to calculate the percentage of sickness entries.
