You can build multiple queries on applicants and the vacancies you have. To create a general query on this information, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus + icon.
In the left-hand list, select Vacancy and Applicant.
In the right-hand side selection area, you can select any option suited for the desired results, but you must include:
Vacancy.
Applicant.
Applicant Email.
Applicant Added On.
Applicant Source.
Click Next twice, then name the query.
Click Save to see the results.
