The HR Assistant is a specialised Evo skill within Copilot that helps streamline your HR tasks, such as searching company documents and accessing employee information.

Think of Copilot as your core solution and HR Assistant as one of the helpful tools available within it.

If you're an employee using PeopleHR and want to boost your efficiency, receive support, and access essential HR resources, try using the new Company Documents HR Assistant feature.

To use this, simply click Access Button image, click Copilot then enter your question. The HR Assistant can answer questions about information stored within company documents, such as company policies, handbooks, training materials, and process documentation.

We've collated a list of example questions you can ask, such as:

  • I'm having a baby, what's the maternity policy in the UK?

  • How many Keep In Touch days am I entitled to?

  • When can I start my maternity leave?
