Think of Copilot as your core solution and HR Assistant as one of the helpful tools available within it.
If you're a manager in PeopleHR, to become more efficient in your work, provide support, and access resources for your employees, you can use the new Company Documents HR Assistant feature.
To use this, simply click Access Button , click Copilot then enter your question. The HR Assistant can answer questions about information stored within company documents, such as company policies, handbooks, training materials, and process documentation.
