Add Branding to a Brokerage

In this article, you will learn how to open Branding in your brokerage settings and update logos, colors, and email templates that appear across your brokerage.

What Branding controls

Branding settings apply to everyone in your brokerage and update client-facing materials.

  • Add or replace your Brokerage Logo

  • Update Visualization Colors for charts and analytics

  • Update Report Customization colors for presentations and reports

  • Create, edit, and save Email Copy Templates for agents


Open Branding settings

Steps:

  1. Hover over your profile icon in the top right

  2. Click My Brokerage

  3. Click Branding

From this page, you can manage brokerage colors, logos, reports, and email templates.


Update colors and branding assets

Edit visualization colors (charts):

Steps:

  1. Click Edit Settings

  2. Find Visualization Colors

  3. Click a color tile

  4. Pick a color or enter a Hex color code


Upload or replace the brokerage logo

Steps:

  1. Find Brokerage Details

  2. Click the logo image

  3. Choose an image file

  4. Click Open (or Confirm, depending on your browser)


Edit report colors (presentations and reports)

Steps:

  1. Click Edit Settings

  2. Find Report Customization

  3. Click a color field

  4. Pick a color or enter a Hex color code


Create and manage email templates

Email templates help your agents send consistent messaging from Perchwell.

  • Add templates with a standard Subject and Message

  • Edit existing templates to update approved language

  • Save changes so templates are available to the whole brokerage

Add a new email template:

  1. In the left panel, click Email Copy Templates

  2. Click Edit Templates

  3. Click + Add Template

  4. Enter your Template name, Subject line, and Message body

  5. Click Save Template


Tips

  • Make changes during off-hours if your brokerage is actively creating reports

  • Keep a saved list of approved Hex color codes so colors stay consistent across materials

  • After updates, open a sample report to confirm the new colors and logo look correct

  • Removing an email template removes it from all agent accounts
