Contacts Page Overview
Use Contacts as your hub for managing client relationships.
Add contacts before you share listings and reports.
Invite clients to Perchwell when they need a client portal.
Organize contacts with groups.
Review shared activity from the Contact Detail Page.
Access Contacts
Steps:
Tap Home in the bottom navigation
Select Contacts
From Contacts, you can:
Tap a contact name to open their profile, or
Tap Actions to add a new contact or edit groups.
Create a Contact
Create a contact when you onboard a new client or before you share listings and reports.
Steps:
Tap Home in the bottom navigation
Choose Contacts
Tap Actions
Enter the required fields:
First name
Last name
Email address
Add any optional details
Toggle on Invite to Perchwell to send the client an invitation to their portal
Tap Add Contact
Organize Contacts with Groups
Use groups to segment contacts by status, relationship, or stage in your workflow. Examples include:
Actively searching
Sold
Open house leads
Assign a Contact to a Group
Steps:
Tap Home in the bottom navigation
Choose Contacts
Tap a contact name to open their profile
Select Edit
In the Grouping dropdown, assign the contact to a group
Save your changes
💡 Tip: Use Filters on the Contacts page to find all contacts assigned to a specific group.
Review Shared Activity
Use the Contact Detail Page to see what you have shared with a client and how they have engaged with it.

Choose Contacts
Tap a contact name to open the Contact Detail Page
From the Contact Detail Page, you can review:
Shared searches
Shared reports
Tips
After you invite a contact to Perchwell, you cannot update their email address.
You can add up to five additional email addresses to a single contact.
