When to Use Messages
Use Messages to engage with invited clients to share listings, follow up, or discuss properties, all without leaving the Perchwell app. When push notifications are enabled, you’ll be alerted the moment a client responds so you can stay on top of every conversation.
Share Listings with Clients
You can send listings to an invited client from three places: Search, a Listing Detail Page, or Tags.
Share from Search
Steps:
Tap Search in the bottom navigation
Switch to the Listings view
Tap the checkbox on each listing you want to share
Tap Actions, then select Send via Messages
Choose a contact
Enter a message
Tap Send
Share from a Listing Detail Page
Steps:
Open the listing you want to share
Tap the Share icon
Select Send via Messages
Choose a contact
Enter a message
Tap Send
Share from Tags
Steps:
Tap Tags in the bottom navigation
Select the tag you want to view
Tap Show Items in Selected Tags
Tap the checkbox on each listing you want to share
Tap Actions, then select Send via Messages
Choose a contact
Enter a message
Tap Send
Continue Conversations in Messages
Stay connected with clients through ongoing conversations in the Messages tab.
Push notifications: When enabled, get notified instantly when a client sends you a message so you never miss a follow-up.
Client reactions: See how clients react to shared listings at a glance to quickly gauge their interest.
Timestamps: View exactly when your last message was sent or received to keep track of your outreach.
