Use the Universal Search Bar
The Universal Search Bar is located at the top of the screen and is accessible from any page.
Steps
Click the Universal Search Bar.
Enter an:
Address
MLS number
Agent name
Contact name or email
Results will begin to populate as you type.
Understand Search Results
Universal Search may return:
Listings across multiple statuses, such as Active, Pending, Closed, or Expired.
Agents that match the entered name.
Contacts that match the entered name or email.
MLS number matches for direct listing lookups.
💡 Select a result to open the corresponding listing page, agent profile, or contact record.
Tips
Universal Search is designed for quick lookups, not saved or filtered searches.
Partial entries will return matching results.
Entering a full MLS number provides a direct match to a listing.
This feature may also be referred to as Power Search.
