Using the Universal Search Bar
The Universal Search Bar is always visible at the top of the platform, making it easy to look up listings, agents, or contacts without leaving your current screen.
Click the Universal Search Bar in the top right corner
Enter an address, MLS number, agent name, or contact name
💡 The Universal Search Bar supports partial matches, so typing part of an address or agent name (for example “Main” or “Smith”) will surface relevant options.
Understanding Universal Search Bar Results
Search results will update as you type and may return:
Listings — Listings across all statuses that match your entry (for example: Active, Closed, Pending, Expired)
Agents — Agents that match the entered name
Contacts — Contacts matching the name or email entered
Selecting a result will take you directly to the corresponding listing page, agent detail page, or contact profile.
Things to Know
The Universal Search Bar is designed for quick lookups, not filtered or saved searches
Partial entries will still surface relevant results (for example, typing “Main” may show matching listings and agents)
MLS numbers produce fast, direct matches for listings
Agents and contacts can be located by name, email, or partial match
