Managing Brokerage Slides for Listing Presentations

Admins and specific staff members will have the ability to add and manage brokerage marketing slides for Listing Presentations.

Locating the Slides Library

  1. Navigate to Listing Presentations

  2. Select "Manage Slide Libraries"


Managing Your Library

Groups:

Easily organize brokerage slides into groups for agents to locate and add to Listing Presentations.

Adding Groups:

  1. Click "Add Group"

  2. Create a title and add a caption (optional)

  3. Click "Save" to create new group

Updating Existing Groups:

  1. Select the icon to drag and drop groups into your desired order

  2. Click the edit icon to update the title and caption


Slides:

Quickly update or add marketing slides for use by agents within your brokerage.

Steps to Add Slides:

  1. Click "Upload Slides"

  2. From your folders or files, select the slides you would like to upload

  3. Change slide name, add a description, and assign it to a group

Upload Requirements:

  • File types accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG

  • Maximum file size: 25MB per slide

  • Resolution: Minimum 1920x1080 pixels recommended for best quality

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape orientation) preferred


Things to Remember:

  1. After upload, you can reorder slides by dragging and dropping.
