Summary

Listing Presentations in Perchwell enables agents and brokerages to create customized, interactive presentations for clients. With options to add listings, comparables, personalized insights, and co-collaborators, this tool helps agents showcase properties in a polished, branded format.


How to Access Listing Presentations

  1. Navigate to Listing Presentations: From the top of your Perchwell web page, click on the Listing Presentation button to view your dashboard.

  2. Overview of Your Page: Here, you’ll see a complete list of your existing presentations and any shared listings as a co-collaborator. Toggle between grid and list views for easy navigation.

  3. Add New Presentation: Click on Add New Presentation to start a new presentation.


Creating a New Presentation

Adding Listings

  1. Import Listings from Tags: To add listings, select Add Listings from Tags to view and select listings organized by tags. Simply check the boxes for the listings you’d like to include.

  2. Custom Listings: For properties not yet available in the MLS, you can create a custom listing by entering an address. This listing will only be available for presentation use, and you can add additional information to ensure it appears polished.

Organizing Listings

  1. Arrange Order: Rearrange listings by dragging them into your preferred order. Listings are categorized by status but can be manually adjusted.

  2. Set Subject Property: Choose a primary property by clicking the star icon, and marking it as the subject property.


Presentation Customization

Adding Content and Slides

  1. Cover Page: Customize the cover with an image, title, and agent details.

  2. Introduction & Conclusion Slides: Add preloaded slides such as client letters, agent bios, or other pages uploaded by brokerage admins.

  3. Comparables: Add dynamic Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) views with pre-selected fields. Choose between status comparisons and side-by-side views.

  4. Insights and Analytics: Add charts and insights comparing listings in the presentation or from a saved search. Add captions for clarity.

Configuring Access Settings

  1. Access Settings: Set security preferences, including password protection and email requirements for viewing access.

  2. Sharing Options: Share presentations via email, download, or link sharing.


Collaboration and Client Engagement

  1. Client Access: Add clients using their email to allow them secure access to the presentation.

  2. Co-Collaborators: Invite additional agents from your brokerage to co-manage and contribute to the presentation.
