Once a listing has been submitted to the MLS it cannot be reversed or deleted. RLS regulations require that the listing be updated to accurately reflect its current status in the market.
Updating Listings
You can update a listing to Permanently Off Market or Expired to remove it from active status.
Click Manage Listings in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Locate the listing you want to update using the list view or the Filter options.
Click the pen icon to open the listing management form.
Scroll to the Listing Status section.
Select the appropriate status and save your updates.
