Navigating to the Listings Widget
The Listings widget gives you a real-time snapshot of active market activity—perfect for quick check-ins between client conversations.
Click Dashboard in the top navigation menu.
Locate the Listings widget on your Dashboard.
💡 The Listings widget is included on your Dashboard by default and cannot be removed.
Adjusting Your Listings View
Use the controls at the top of the widget to tailor what you’re seeing.
Use the List Date dropdown to switch between Sales and Rentals.
Adjust the Scope dropdown to view activity by:
MLS
Brokerage
Office
💡 Available scopes may vary based on your MLS.
Filtering Listings by Status
Narrow your view using listing status tabs within the widget.
Filter listings by Active, Recently Added, or Open House.
Listings refresh automatically based on your selected filter.
Results display in chronological order, with the most recent activity shown first.
Quick Actions from the Listings Widget
Take action without leaving your Dashboard.
Listings you manage display a pen icon, allowing quick access to the Add/Edit Listing form.
Click on the ShowingTime icon to navigate to the listings showings and manage details further.
Click any listing to open the Listing Detail Page for deeper insights and next steps.
Tips
The Listings widget updates in real time as market data changes.
Filters and scopes can be adjusted at any time.
Use the Listing widget for quick market awareness and fast acess to your own listings.
