Introduction
A detailed report provides a comprehensive insight into a property listing, encompassing property details, images, and historical data. This is particularly useful when sharing preliminary results of a shared search.
Here's how to create a detailed report:
Step 1: Select a Report
Navigate to the Search page and select the listings you want to include in the report.
A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the webpage.
Click on 'Create a Report'.
Choose 'Detailed Report' from the options provided.
Step 2: Customize Report
Add a Report Label (similar to a title) and a Report Subtitle.
Select where links should open.
Open Links in Perchwell - the client must log into Perchwell
Open Links Externally with your Branding - Links will open outside of Perchwell with your Brokerage’s Branding
Select the information you want to be included in your Listing Report
Include Your Contact Info (pre-selected)
Include Exact Address (pre-selected)
DOM (pre-selected)
Open House (pre-selected)
List Date (pre-selected)
Cross-Streets (pre-selected)
Neighborhood (pre-selected)
Internal Information
Large Map
The layout can be either Portrait or Landscape
Drag and Drop to Rearrange the listings in your desired order
Step 3: Generate Report
The report can be shared via email, print, or download.
If emailing the report:
Add the Email addresses of the clients you want to receive the report.
Fill in the Email Subject field. Both you and your client will receive a copy of the report.
A default Message is provided for the email, but you can personalize it. You can also create base template messages that can be shared amongst your entire Brokerage.

Select a layout — Portrait or Landscape.
Use the drag-and-drop feature to arrange the listings in your preferred order.
Step 3: Generate Report
