You can create an Itinerary report directly from Search or from a Tag folder containing selected listings.
When to Use an Itinerary Report
Itinerary reports help agents organize and share property tours with clients.
Common use cases include:
Planning a home tour with multiple properties.
Preparing for buyer showings.
Organizing open house visits.
Sharing a clear schedule and property details with clients.
Step 1: Start an Itinerary Report
You can begin an itinerary from Search or Tags, depending on how you selected the listings.
Option 1: Create from Search
Use this option when selecting listings directly from search results.
Steps
Go to the Search page.
Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to include.
The footer action bar will appear.
Click Create Report.
Select Itinerary.
The itinerary editor will open with the selected listings included.
Option 2: Create from Tags
Use this option if you previously grouped listings into a tag folder.
Steps
Go to the Tags page.
Click Click to view and filter tags.
Open the tag containing your listings.
Click Create Report.
Select Itinerary.
By default, all listings in the tag will be included.
💡 You can remove listings after the itinerary opens or select specific listings before creating the report.
Step 2: Add Scheduling Details
After creating the itinerary, add scheduling information for the tour.
Required
Appointment Date
Enter the date for the property tour.
Optional Scheduling Details
You can also include:
Start time
End time
Meeting location
Step 3: Edit Individual Listings
You can customize appointment details for each listing included in the itinerary.
Steps
Click the listing address in the itinerary editor.
Add or update:
Appointment time
Notes for the property
Toggle the map view on or off if needed.
Click Done to return to the itinerary editor.
After reviewing all listings, click Next to continue.
Step 4: Customize the Report
Configure what information appears in the final report.
Prepare For (Optional)
Select the contact you are preparing the itinerary for from your Contacts list.
Display Information
Choose which details appear in the report:
Brokerage
Agent name
Agent phone number
My contact information
Open house information
Exact address
Large map
Neighborhood
Cross streets
Configure Link Behavior
Choose how listing links open:
Open in Perchwell (clients must log in), or
Open externally with your branding
Step 5: Share the Report
Once finalized, choose how to distribute the itinerary.
Email the Report
Steps
Click Email.
Enter the recipient email address(es).
Add or edit the subject line.
Review and update the message body if needed.
Click Email Report.
Both you and the recipient will receive a copy.
Print the Report
Steps
Select Print.
Your browser’s print dialog will open.
Choose your printer and settings.
Click Print.
Download the Report
Steps
Select Download.
A PDF will be generated.
Save the file to your device.
Tips
Itinerary reports can be created from Search or Tags.
Listings can be removed, rearranged, or annotated with notes during setup.
You can toggle maps on or off for individual listings.
When emailing a report, both the agent and recipient receive a copy.
Itineraries are commonly used for buyer tours and open house schedules.
