Start an Itinerary Report
You can begin an Itinerary report from Search or Tags.
Option 1: Create from Search
On the Search page, check the selection boxes on the listings you want to include
A footer menu will appear at the bottom
Click Create Report
Select Itinerary
Option 2: Create from Tags
Go to the Tags page
Click the bar that says “Click to view and filter tags”
Open the tag containing the listings you want to use
Click Create Report
Select Itinerary
💡 When creating an Itinerary from a tag folder, all listings in that tag are included by default. You can select specific listings beforehand, remove any you don’t want after the Itinerary opens, and customize appointment details for each listing.
Customizing your Report
After selecting Itinerary, enter scheduling details and choose what appears in the report.
Set the Appointment Date (Required)- Enter the date for the tour.
Optional Scheduling Details- Add any of the following:
Start time
End time
Meeting location
Edit Individual Listings- Click a listing address to:
Add appointment time
Add notes
Toggle the map on or off, then click Done to return to the itinerary editor
Click Next to continue to the customization screen
Prepare For (Optional)- Select the contact you are preparing the itinerary for from your Contacts list.
Select Display Information- Choose what details appear in the report:
Brokerage
Agent name
Agent phone number
My contact info
Open house
Exact address
Large map
Neighborhood
Cross streets
Configure Link Behavior: Choose how listing links open:
Open in Perchwell (clients must log in)
Open externally with your branding
Generate Report
Once finalized, choose how to share the report.
Option 1: Email the Report
Click Email and enter recipient email address(es)
Add an Email Subject line
The default subject is "Our Itinerary", you can leave it as-is or delete and replace it with a custom title.
Review the message body
Edit the text if needed to add context for your client.
Click Email Report to send.
Option 2: Print the Report
In the report modal, select the Print option.
Your browser’s print dialog will open.
Choose your printer and any print settings.
Click Print to produce a hard copy for your appointment or file.
Option 3: Download the Report
In the report modal, select the Download option.
A PDF of the report will be generated.
Save the file to your computer or device for your records or manual sharing.
Things to Know
Itinerary reports can start from Search or Tags
Listings can be removed, rearranged, assigned appointment times, and annotated with notes during setup
Maps can be toggled on or off per listing
When you email a report, both the agent and the recipient will receive a copy
Itineraries are commonly used for open houses and showing tours
