Introduction

Creating an itinerary report is an effective way to manage open house visits with clients. It offers them concise information about the appointment dates, times, locations, and even includes map views for each listing.

Steps to Create a Report

  1. Start on the Search page. Here, you can pick the listings you'd like to include in your report.

  2. Once you've made your selection, a pop-up window will emerge at the bottom of the webpage.

  3. Click on 'Create a Report'.Then, choose 'Itinerary'.

  4. Then, choose 'Itinerary'.

Customizing your Report

  1. Required

    • Date: The date for showings

    • Optional

    • Start Time

    • End Time

    • Meeting Location

2. You can select the address of the listing to add appointment times, and notes, or toggle off including the map. You can select Done to continue editing.

3. Prepare For: Select the contact you are preparing the itinerary for, from your Contact List.

4. Select the information you want to be included in your Itinerary

  • Brokerage

    • Agent Name

    • Agent Phone Number

    • My Contact Info

    • Open House

    • Exact Address

    • Large Map

    • Neighborhood

    • Cross-Streets

5. Select where links should open.

  • Open Links in Perchwell - the client must log into Perchwell

  • Open Links Externally with your Branding - Links will open outside of Perchwell with your Brokerage’s Branding

Generate Report

  1. You can share the report via email, print, or download.

  2. For Emails

    • Email addresses - Add one or more emails to the clients whom you want to receive the report

    • Email Subject - Subject Line for the email ( Both you and your client will receive a copy of the report)

    • Message - We already populate a message for the email. However, this can be modified. (You can also create Base Template messages that can be shared amongst your entire Brokerage)
