You will learn how to open Analytics from Search, build charts from your current results, and export or email your charts.


Analytics overview

Use Analytics to turn your current Search results into charts you can share.

  • Compare pricing and trends within your filtered results

  • Understand how listings are distributed across price ranges

  • Review amenities and features across the market

  • Add charts to CMAs, presentations, and client-facing PDFs

πŸ’‘ Analytics only reflects the listings in your current search. Update your filters first, then review your charts.


Analytics access (Search)

Steps:

  1. Open Search

  2. Apply the filters you want to analyze

  3. Click the Analytics tab


Chart creation

Chart setup

Create charts directly from the Analytics tab.

Steps:

  1. Click Listings

  2. Select a chart category

  3. Choose a chart type


Choose the right chart category

Pick a category based on the question you are trying to answer.

Category

What you can learn

Market Share

Review amenities and feature availability across your filtered market.

Distribution

Understand how listings spread across price ranges and key medians.

Location

Compare pricing and property data across areas and nearby locations.

Premiums

Analyze pricing metrics like price per square foot or price per bedroom.


Sharing and export

Use Share to generate a PDF or send a report.

Steps:

  1. Click Share

  2. Select Portrait or Landscape

  3. Select Export PDF or Email Report

  4. If you choose Email Report, enter the recipient email address, then send


Tips

  • Update your filters before you open Analytics so your charts reflect the right set of listings.

  • Add exported PDFs to CMAs, reports, or presentations.

  • View up to six charts at one time.
