Create a New Listing
Navigate: to the ‘Manage Listings’ page from the landing page. Learn More about locating the add/edit form here: {reference another article}
Add a New Listing: Click the ‘+’ icon to get started.
Filling out the Form
Complete the Listing Details: Fill out all the required fields in the Add/Edit form, including various fields for different sections of the form.
Uploading Photos: Take a photo or upload it from your photo library or files.
Fields Tracker: A counter at the bottom of the form will update with the remaining required fields still needed for submission.
Search Listing Bar: This allows you to search for keywords within the form. This could be a specific field or information you’ve entered.
Navigating the Add/Edit Form
Making Changed: By collapsing the view, you can easily navigate through the add/edit form by selecting the section’s header.
Easily View Incomplete Fields: By selecting ‘view incomplete fields’ you can easily navigate to the next incomplete field in your form.
Submitting the Listing
Save Draft or Submit: You have the option to 'Save draft' for later completion or 'Submit listing' if all details are complete and you're ready to make the listing live.
Good thing to Know: If you’re assigned an L1 role, you will need your admins’ approval before your listing is submitted and made live. Admins will get a notification in their Perchwell account for any pending approvals.
