As you experiment with quizzes, your library can fill up with versions you're no longer using. Archiving keeps things tidy without losing anything — and if you're sure you'll never need a quiz again, you can delete it for good.
Archive a quiz
Go to My Quizzes (or the dashboard quiz library).
Open the quiz's action menu and choose Archive.
The quiz moves to the Archived tab on the My Quizzes page. If it was published, archiving also takes it off your storefront — shoppers won't see it anymore. Nothing is lost: the quiz's questions, products, and design are all kept.
Restore an archived quiz
On My Quizzes, open the Archived tab.
Open the quiz's action menu and choose Unarchive.
The quiz returns to your Active tab as a draft. It won't go live automatically — publish it again when you're ready.
Delete a quiz permanently
To delete a quiz, open its action menu on My Quizzes and choose Delete. Deleting is permanent: the quiz is removed from your app entirely and can't be recovered. You'll see a confirmation before anything is deleted. If there's any chance you'll want the quiz back, archive it instead.
A note on A/B tests
A quiz that's part of a running A/B test can't be archived — both versions need to stay in place while the test runs. End the test first on the A/B test page, then archive the version you don't want to keep.
