Keeping track of how your team progresses through a review cycle is essential for ensuring timely completion and maintaining compliance. This guide will walk you through the key functions for monitoring participant engagement, filtering and sorting user data, and exporting reports for analysis.
Accessing and viewing enrolled users
The Enrollment view gives you a complete picture of who's participating in your review cycle and where they are in the process.
From the Review Manager screen, click on Enrollment.
The system displays the first 10 users by default. Extend the view to see all participants in the review.
You'll see key information including user details, their progress through review steps, and contributor information.
Sorting and organising the view
Quickly identify which users need attention by sorting and customising your view.
Click on any column header to sort the list. For example, click on Progress to see users grouped by their current step in the review.
Use the Toggle columns feature to show or hide information:
Display only the fields you need for your current task.
Hide unnecessary details to simplify the view.
Filtering participants
Filters help you focus on specific groups of users, making it easier to send targeted reminders or check on particular cohorts.
Use the filter options at the top of the Enrollment view.
For example, select Step 1 to view only those users who are at the first stage of the review.
The view updates dynamically based on your selected filters.
Exporting engagement data
Export your data to analyse engagement outside the system or share progress reports with stakeholders.
Click the Export button in the Enrollment view.
Note that this exports the current view only (based on any filters you've applied), not the detailed inputs users have provided in the review.
The exported Excel file includes:
User details (titles, departments, etc.)
Progress information (current step out of total steps)
Contributor information and last review activity
Data import status and whether summaries have been created
Use this Excel file to:
Conduct analysis outside of Performance Leader
Share compliance and progress information within your organisation
Identify users who may need reminders or support
Next steps: send nudges using email campaigns
Once you've identified which participants need a gentle nudge, you can use the email campaigns tool to send targeted reminders.
