According to our warranty policy, the Perifit pump is covered by a limited warranty against material and/or manufacturing defects. Here are the details of the coverage:
The Perifit Pump Hub: Covered for 24 months from the original purchase date.
Washable Parts (bottle, connector, non-return valve, diaphragm, flange): Covered for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.
Warranty and Ownership Transfer
Please note that the warranty is non-transferable. This means that the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and becomes void if the product is resold on a second-hand platform (e.g., Vinted). However, if the product was offered as a gift, and you have the original invoice, the warranty remains applicable.
Therefore, for any warranty claim, it is essential to provide the purchase invoice. Without this document, we will unfortunately not be able to apply the warranty.
