At Perifit, we are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of our breast pumps, providing a comprehensive warranty to cover any manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or engine issues you might experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our warranty coverage and what steps to take if you encounter a problem with your device.

What is included in the warranty?

Our Perifit breast pump warranty includes the following:

  • Pump’s engine: Covered for 2 years against factory issues, malfunctions, and engine failure.

  • Battery: Covered for 2 years.

  • Spare Parts (such as flanges, valves, bottles, and other replaceable components): Covered for 90 days.

What to do if my pump is not functioning as expected?

  1. Contact us at support@perifit.co and describe the issue you are experiencing. We’ll then guide you through troubleshooting steps to identify and potentially resolve the issue remotely.

  2. Replacement: If the troubleshooting steps don’t resolve the problem and the issue falls within the warranty coverage, we’ll arrange a replacement for your device as needed.

How can I activate my pump’s warranty?

To activate the warranty, the type of proof of purchase needed depends on where you bought your Perifit pump:

  • If your pump was purchased from one of our Official Perifit Partners, an invoice in your name from the partner where you purchased the device will be requested. This document will serve as your warranty activation proof.

  • Purchased Directly from Perifit: If you purchased your pump directly through our website, simply provide us with your order number to activate your warranty. No additional documents are needed.
