I am using the lactation chatbot in the app, how does it work?

Chatbot usage guide

The lactation chatbot is now available in the Perifit Pump mobile app since the version 1.124.0 for french users.

To access it, go to the "Advice" tab and tap the banner at the top of the screen.

You can use the chatbot to ask about:

  • general information on lactation and pumping;

  • questions related to your personal pumping routine (organization, tips, best practices);

  • details about the features of the Perifit Pump breast pump.

This chatbot is not a substitute for customer support or medical advice.

  • For any technical issues with your breast pump or bugs in the app, please contact support@perifit.co.

  • For any health-related concerns about you or your baby, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

By using this chat feature, you acknowledge that your messages are processed in real time to provide responses. While we do not store your conversation history, messages may be logged and processed by our chatbot service provider (Chatbase) for quality assurance and service improvement.
