My Pump displayed "Action required", what should I do?

A few quick checks to get back to efficient, comfortable pumping.

1. Fit against your breast

Make sure your Pump is held snugly against your breast, with no gap between the flange and your skin.

Gently press the flange against your breast until it forms an airtight seal.

2. The valve

Inspect the small beak-shaped silicone piece.

Make sure the valve isn't stuck shut, torn or deformed. If it is, replace it.

3. The diaphragm

Check the small round silicone membrane on top of the connector.

Insert the diaphragm, pressing firmly on the edges until it sits flat and fully in place.

4. The flange

Check that the silicone part you place your breast into is properly clipped on.

The large opening should face down and the small one up. You can also check the guide tab on the connector - it should like up with the matching notch on the flange.

💡 The small silicone parts wear out, remember to replace them every 3 months. You can order new ones from our store.
