What is your return policy?

The return period varies depending on the product you've purchased, and returns are completely free of charge. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team sharing your order number via chat, via the form on the website, or by email, and request a return label.

Perifit Care/ Perifit Care+: You have 100 trial days after receiving your probe to request a return and get a full refund on your order.

Perifit Pump: You have 30 days after delivery to try and return your breast pump free of charge if it does not fit.

Accessories: You have 30 days after delivery to return any accessories ordered, as long as they have not been opened (bottles, silicone parts, flanges).

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Don't hesitate to share the reason why you want to return your device, as this helps us better understand our customers' needs and expectations, allowing us to continuously improve our products and services.

All returned products are responsibly destroyed and recycled; we do not store or refurbish returned items.

Please note that shipping fees paid on the original order or custom fees are not refundable.
