What should I do if my parcel has been returned to sender and I haven't received it?

Updated over a year ago

We can send you a replacement parcel at no extra charge if the tracking link confirms that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

To prevent this from happening again, please confirm and share your delivery details, including your full name, address and a contact telephone number during delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address is a residential address, as we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or collection points at this time.

Once the replacement has been sent, I recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking page during delivery in case your parcel is left at a collection point after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
