Customizing cycle speeds with the Perifit Pump app

If you turn on the pump out of the box, you'll be able to access 8 intensity levels in 2 modes simply by using the controls on the device to increase/decrease intensity and toggle between stimulation and expression modes.

However, we know that some women respond better to generally faster cycle speeds, and others respond better to generally slower cycle speeds. Some women need both low suction and slower cycle speed, while other women need powerful suction but also need to keep the cycle speed faster for optimal output.

With the Perifit Pump, you don’t need to compromise on cycle speed - we have you covered with 3 cycle speed ranges that you can select in the Perifit Pump App to further customize your pumping experience. This means that you'll still get 8 intensity levels in both stimulation and expression mode, but you can shift the entire range of cycle speeds to slower or faster if this suits you better.

Here are the suction speed specifications:

Slow (previously called Slow & Gentle):

You can customize your Perifit Pump to operate at slower cycle speeds by choosing the ‘Slow’ option within the Perifit Pump app. This pattern provides gentle suction and a more gradual increase in power between levels. Its 8 levels of suction intensity cover the following range of cycle speeds:

Moderate/Medium (previously called “Powerful”):

This is the default cycle speed range that will be on your pump when you open the box. It provides powerful suction with a standard pumping rhythm. Its 8 levels of suction intensity cover the following range of cycle speeds:

Fast (previously called Milk Production Boost):

You can customize your Perifit Pump to operate at faster cycle speeds by choosing the ‘Fast’ option within the Perifit Pump app. It’s similar to rental pharmacy pumps. Its 8 levels of suction intensity cover the following range of cycle speeds:
