How to play

  • Inhale while relaxing your pelvic floor

  • Exhale while squeezing your pelvic floor

  • During the 2nd part of the exercise, we'll ask you to:

    • Hold your breath after inhaling while keeping your pelvic floor relaxed

    • Hold your breath and pelvic floor contraction after exhaling

Hints

  • Take a few breaths before starting the exercise to relax fully
