We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or suit your needs as anticipated. If that is the case, we're here to help with our return policy.

Here's how it works:

1. Flexible Return Period:

  • We offer generous return periods tailored to each product:

    • Perifit Care/Perifit Care+: 100-day trial and return window from date of receipt

    • Perifit Pump: 30-day trial and return window from date of receipt

    • Accessories (bottles, silicone parts, flanges): 30-day trial and return window for unopened items from date of receipt.

2. Free Returns:

  • We cover return shipping costs because your satisfaction matters most.

3. Easy Initiation:

  • Contact our support team via the ? button of the app or email at support@perifit.co to start your return process. Don't forget to include your order number to help us expedite the process. We'll provide a return label promptly.

4. Environmentally Conscious Disposal:

  • All returned products are responsibly destroyed and recycled.

5. Exclusions

  • If you bought your Perifit from a reseller like Amazon or any website that is not perifit.co, this return policy does not apply. Please contact your reseller to enquire about their return policy.

  • Please note that shipping and customs fees are not refundable
