How to play
- By default, your car is moving forward and following the track 
- Squeeze your pelvic floor to turn in the bends 
- Relax your pelvic floor to come back to the centre of the track 
Hints
- Relax your pelvic floor in the straight lines 
- If you squeeze in a straight line, nothing happens 
- To avoid crashing into the side of the track, you should start squeezing when entering a bend and releasing in the middle of the bend 
Score
- Successful (no crash) 270-360 degree bends earn you 4 points 
- Successful (no crash) 180-degree bends earn you 2 points 
- Successful (no crash) 90-degree bends earn you 1 point 
- Each relaxation (straight line) earns you 1 point 
Hitting the side of the track knocks you out for 2 seconds.
Game duration: 2 minutes 30s
