In Sling Drift, you are a car racing to the finish line.

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, your car is moving forward and following the track

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor to turn in the bends

  • Relax your pelvic floor to come back to the centre of the track

Hints

  • Relax your pelvic floor in the straight lines

  • If you squeeze in a straight line, nothing happens

  • To avoid crashing into the side of the track, you should start squeezing when entering a bend and releasing in the middle of the bend

Score

  • Successful (no crash) 270-360 degree bends earn you 4 points

  • Successful (no crash) 180-degree bends earn you 2 points

  • Successful (no crash) 90-degree bends earn you 1 point

  • Each relaxation (straight line) earns you 1 point

Hitting the side of the track knocks you out for 2 seconds.

Game duration: 2 minutes 30s

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
