In Between the Lines, the aim is to keep the green pin in between the lines.

How to play
By default, the green pin is moving forward and low
Squeeze your pelvic floor to make it go up
Relax your pelvic floor to make it go down
Hints
The top lines require you to squeeze to your max strength
The lines at the bottom require you to relax fully
Follow the lines and squeeze/relax your pelvic floor progressively to stay in between the lines
When you are in between the lines, the lines are white. As soon as you step out of them, they turn black
Between the Lines is a vertically oriented game that offers a limited view of "what is coming", thus moving the needle from anticipated to reflex contraction.
Score
Each second spent in between the lines at the bottom of the screen earns you 1 point
Each second spent in between the lines anywhere else earns you 2 points
Game duration: 2 minutes 30s
