Game Rules - Between the Lines

In Between the Lines, the aim is to keep the green pin in between the lines.

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, the green pin is moving forward and low

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor to make it go up

  • Relax your pelvic floor to make it go down

Hints

  • The top lines require you to squeeze to your max strength

  • The lines at the bottom require you to relax fully

  • Follow the lines and squeeze/relax your pelvic floor progressively to stay in between the lines

  • When you are in between the lines, the lines are white. As soon as you step out of them, they turn black

Between the Lines is a vertically oriented game that offers a limited view of "what is coming", thus moving the needle from anticipated to reflex contraction.

Score

  • Each second spent in between the lines at the bottom of the screen earns you 1 point

  • Each second spent in between the lines anywhere else earns you 2 points

Game duration: 2 minutes 30s

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
