Game Rules - Vortex

In Vortex, you are either a ball or a person looking to avoid obstacles and catch lotuses or fruits as you roll through a tunnel.

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, your ball or character is moving forward at the centre of the tunnel and bottom of your screen

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor to move the ball/character anti-clockwise

  • Relax your pelvic floor to move the ball/character clockwise and bring it back to the bottom of the screen

Hints

  • The yellow line indicates how far your maximum strength and full relaxation will bring the ball/character

  • Squeezing at your max strength will make you go all around the clock

  • If you are at your max strength and need to avoid an upcoming obstacle, relax progressively to avoid it. You cannot go further than one round of the clock.

Score

  • Each lotus/fruit you catch earns you 2 points

Hitting an obstacle slows you down

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
