Data security and verification
Why verification codes are required
Tip: Confirmation codes prevent unauthorized access to your loyalty account. By requiring a code sent to your registered contact information, we ensure that only you can restore your card with your points and rewards.
What data is restored
When you restore a card, you get:
Complete points or rewards balance
Visit history
Membership tier status (if applicable)
Earned rewards and benefits
Card expiration date (if applicable)
What is NOT stored on your device
Points and rewards data (stored in business system)
Transaction history (stored in business system)
Personal information beyond card display
Payment information (stored separately if applicable)
Info: This means your loyalty data is always safe, even if you lose your device.
